Lodging at Jiquilillo

Jiquilillo Surf Lodge is a rustic, comfortable and friendly environment where you'll feel at home. No formal wear required!

The lodge is clean, bright and breezy, but not formal. Life revolves around our open restaurant and bar, where you can play cards, read, or just lay in a hammock beneath the palms and watch the pelicans fly across the sunset.

The restaurant features North American favorites and typical Nicaraguan coastal food. Expect fresh seafood, lobster, snapper, prawns, fresh papaya and pineapple, good strong Nicaraguan coffee, cold beer and fresh local juices.

For our 2007/2008 season the lodge features four private double bedrooms with fans. There is a large dorm style room with six beds and fans. We have separate male and female bathrooms and showers. There is also a private two bedroom bungalow with shared bathroom. 

We're now planting fruit trees and flowers in our garden, so we can reach for our own bananas, mangos, papayas, limes and pineapples.
